Hibiscus flowers for preparing hot or chilled infusions.
Ingredients: Hibiscus flower.

Preparation: Add 1–2 teaspoons (2–3g) to 250ml water. For a hot infusion, steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. For a cold infusion, steep in cold water in the refrigerator for 6–12 hours, then strain. Sweeten to taste and serve hot or over ice.
Storage: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Follow the best-before date on your pack.
